The Asana integration syncs all tasks assigned to you in Asana to your Taskable Inbox. We also have two-way syncing between Asana and Taskable, meaning the following fields will autosync when updated in Taskable or Asana:

  • Title

  • Due date

  • Description

  • Marking as complete

How to set up the Asana integration

Step 1: Navigate to the Integrations page

Step 2: Select the Asana button

Step 3: Click Allow. It will be setting up whichever Asana account you are currently logged into.

Step 4 (optional): Scroll down to the newly created integration, and sync any existing tasks - you can select to sync everything from one week prior, one month prior, or all existing open tasks.

Step 5: Find the newly created Asana tasks in your Taskable Inbox on your board

How the Asana integration works

🆕 Once set up, all newly created tasks assigned to you in Asana will begin syncing to Taskable.

⏪ You can import existing tasks once you've set up the integration. You can even choose how far back you want to sync from.

🔄 Two way syncing means changes made in Asana or in Taskable will sync. This includes due date, description, and marking a task as complete.
