If you need to sync existing tasks from Asana, Trello, GitHub, Jira, or any of the other project management integrations, here's how it works:
Step 1: Set up the integration with the tool you want to sync tasks from on the Integrations page.
Step 2: Once set up, scroll down to the integration you want to sync and select if you'd like to sync tasks from the last week, last month, or all time. Then head back over to the inbox and they will begin populating there. Note: it may take a minute or two to sync everything, and make sure to give the page a refresh to check if they are synced.
Once set up, we'll continue syncing any tasks assigned to you from the integration.
